Good to stay but loud russian pop music and guests are mostly crazy russian.

Nice Hotel , food is tasty, stuff is nice, view from Balkon was very beautiful.

Every evening there was like a party from Soviet Union.They put only 90th stupid Russian pop songs and was very loud for other people. There was not nice guests from Russia( half of Hotel guests ) who were very loud, speak loud, drink, in restaurant there was always problem to find place, it was always more people than tables. We every day 3 times waited 30 minutes to find a table.Russian people came much earlier and crazy got to book tables and was sitting there hours when other people waiting to get the table.

NEVER use the Taxi company !!! They are vile cowboys !!!! Use Booking.com taxis instead.

Some of the barmen and waiters are utterly lovely and friendly. The reef is amazing. The hotel looks nice aesthetically.

Do NOT use the Taxi service in the lobby !! They are a disgrace !! I can't believe the hotel allow these cowboys to operate. I was there with my 9 year old and all we wanted was a simple return trip into Hurghada. Unfortunately, after a call to someone in Arabic, the driver dropped us at his friend's shop instead, who proceeded to get us closed inside and then he fleeced us for 65 dollars for a few items of cheap tat !!! He wouldn't let us leave the shop and his happy mood started to get nastier and nastier the more we tried to barter/leave. I ended up paying for the sake of my child's safety so we could leave !!!! Then, the return taxi never showed up at the arranged time and place so we ended up getting one off the street for 5 USD to get us back and the next day they jumped us in the lobby accusing us of not showing up and dodging the fare !!! I was livid. The guy rang the driver up who lied down the phone to him and said he turned up in time !!! I refused to pay the fare and got really angry with them and in the end he backed down. After that I booked all my taxis on Booking.com and they were all lovely and did the journey you requested, at the time you requested, for a very low fare !! I gave those guys good tips after each ride :) I REPEAT.....Do NOT use the dangerous cowboy taxi company in the lobby of Sunny Days Hotel - they are VILE !!!! Wifi was awful and cost 20 USD to have it in your room, PER DEVICE, not per room !!! The 'free lobby wifi' was even worse :( Food was okay to reasonably nice but restaurant is carnage and they don't put out cutlery with the plates at the beginning of the queue so finding clean cutlery is a constant nightmare. Waiters are only interested in taking your dirty plate away and dive on you to get it, the second you finish !!

Outstanding and exceptional

Animation team was outstanding we really enjoyed all the activities and themes everyday and the staff was very helpful and friendly and welcoming everything was easy and chilling the kids had so much fun and so do we

The room was nice but the bathroom was not very cool the bathtub was always blocked

Well it is my zillian time in the hotel ....have been in and out for some years now ...still my favourate place in hurghada due to ...location ... nice reef for snorkeling beside also sandy beach ...nice multimedia team .....cozy room and nice food ...it amazing how staff is getting better every time you check in ...i value the time taken for check in and out so much ....thanks muhammed in reception ....just amazing how professional these guys are ...management are all nice always contacting you assuring a pleasant stay ...well best wishes for them and greetings to all

1-Location 2-beach 3-staff are professional . 4-Aqua-park 5-Animation show team and the presentation of the show are very nice .

The hotel system includes three hotels, so you can use the facilities of all of them, including food, water parks, and beaches. The food is generally good, and the fish dishes are especially nice. The sea is great with different options: a beach, a snorkeling area where you can stay in the water, and a deep area for swimming.

The room was mostly clean, but there was a lot of dust on details like the bathroom lamps. Snack bars start serving at the same time as lunch, which leaves times without food after breakfast and before lunch, and before dinner. Some areas are very windy. The airport taxi transfer service is very expensive, almost 10 times more than using a taxi app.

Our cleaner: Abd was the best! Kind, helpful and quite an expert of his job!

Big hotel with an amazing coral reef and sea view, but also some mistakes

- coral reef and sunken ship next to hotel beach. very cool! - the sea view and beach next to the rooms is really amazing! - most guests were Egyptians (it was local holiday time) or Russians. almost no Germans, which we liked ;) - the water slides are nice for the children - there is a pool bar - on the hotel area you always find enough free sun beds

- Internet was the worst i've ever had!! during the evening absolutly NO connection. Only on day and in deep night possible (but then EXTREME slow, less then 56 kb/s) and only in the lobby - the evening shows were nothing special - the pools closing every day at 18:00. Everybody must go out - the food was not so good (but we always found something to eat). sometimes not enough tables free in the main restaurant - drinks in small plastic cups were very annoying - in the night sometimes some drunk russians screaming and beating... - sometimes no electricity (but it was an adventure) - the reception is always so full, usually long waiting time

A massive saltwater pool

As I swim a lot I picked the hotel as it has a giant sea pool. The room was ‘tired’ and needed a revamp.

The poolside drinks in the evening were dispensed in ver flimsy plastic cups.

Very good variety of food. Recreation in the Aqua park are helpful and professional. Very nice animation team. Thank you for Boccia.

Room during check in was dirty. My request according the room was not done. Supervisor of housekeeping was not friendly and not helpful. The door of room 2122 needs renovation. Need to open light in corridor near stairs, so dark on the evening.

Good value for money and overall good place to stay

The staff were really nice, food was amazing! Rooms were air-conditioned and beds were comfy.

The spa staff, kept bothering us when were trying to relax. People kept trying to sell stuff when sunbathing. Sunbeds were reserved by people placing their towels for hours.
